These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern all quotations, proforma invoices, custom cabin manufacturing orders, dealership allocations, and supply contracts for AeroKool India products. AeroKool India AC cabins are manufactured by Kabine Fabritech Pvt. Ltd. ('Manufacturer') and developed, distributed, and marketed by Veritas Meridian Pvt. Ltd. ('Distributor'). By requesting an official quote, remitting an order deposit, or taking delivery of an AeroKool cabin, the customer or dealer ('Buyer') unconditionally agrees to these terms.
Corporate Structure & Trademark Protection
AeroKool India operates as an integrated commercial brand. Heavy-duty chassis fabrication, CNC sheet metal forming, HVAC unit assembly, and positive-pressure climate testing are performed by Kabine Fabritech Pvt. Ltd. Domestic dealership distribution, marketing, and export management are conducted by Veritas Meridian Pvt. Ltd.
The AeroKool name, logo, interlocking ring emblem, and model series (Agri-Cab, Agri-Pro, Harvest-Shield, Indus-Cab) are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorized reproduction, badge replication, or third-party marketing under the AeroKool mark without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Authorized Manufacturing & Dealership Distribution
Official sales agreements, tax invoices, and warranty certificates are issued jointly under the authorized manufacturing and marketing protocols of Kabine Fabritech Pvt. Ltd. and Veritas Meridian Pvt. Ltd.
Quotations, Proforma Invoices & Order Confirmation
Quotations generated through aerokoolindia.com, WhatsApp direct chat, or written correspondence represent technical and commercial price indications based on model specifications, raw material indices, and delivery destination.
- Validity: Standard proforma quotations remain valid for fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue.
- Order Confirmation: Custom manufacturing schedules are queued upon receipt of the agreed initial booking advance, accompanied by confirmation of the tractor make, model year, and chassis photo verification.
- Model Customization: Any modifications to cabin specs (e.g., customized defogger/wiper arrangements, narrow orchard profile clearances, or skylight grilles) must be recorded in writing prior to fabrication cut-off.
Engineering Guarantees: Cooling & Fitment
AeroKool cabins are engineered to rigorous heavy-machinery standards, backed by distinct technical guarantees:
- Zero Engine Overheating Guarantee: Compressors and pulley drive ratios are calibrated to engine displacement and cooling reserve, ensuring tractors operate reliably in 45°C+ ambient summer temperatures without parasitic cooling drag.
- Modular Plug-and-Play Fitment: All standard cabin mounting brackets fasten directly to existing tractor chassis mounting points without structural chassis welding or torch-cutting that would void OEM tractor warranties.
- Positive-Pressure Dust & Chemical Seal: Fitted with multi-stage air filtration and EPDM automotive weatherstripping, certified to exclude toxic pesticide spray mist and crop threshing chaff.
Warranty Coverage & Replacement Policy
AeroKool cabins are supported by comprehensive manufacturer warranty terms covering structural integrity and HVAC components under standard operating conditions:

Crating, Freight Transit & Delivery Inspection
Every cabin dispatched from the Kabine Fabritech facility is secured inside heavy-gauge protective wooden crating with foam-lined corner braces to withstand domestic road transport or maritime export container stuffing.
The Buyer or designated receiving dealer must conduct a brief external inspection of the crate upon delivery. Any damage incurred during transit must be noted on the carrier's consignment note (LR) within 48 hours to enable rapid insurance replacement.

Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and all commercial supply agreements entered into with AeroKool India, Kabine Fabritech Pvt. Ltd., and Veritas Meridian Pvt. Ltd. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to cabin fitment, supply, or payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
